What We Do:
Our goal is to ease the burden for trivial tasks for Managed Service Providers and their staff. With years of actual technician experience in MSP industries, we believe in cost effective simple tweaks to CRM platforms that can integrate core MSP centric tools, ConnectWise Manage, ITGlue, etc.
Our first tool, mspBox, is a simple, yet effective addon to ConnectWise Manage instances that can quickly increase productivity, offering at a glance recent ticket information for recently opened and closed tickets, giving technicians, scheduling coordinators and others quick access on the ticket screen to potentially relevant data, without having to lookup other tabs, tickets, etc.
mspBox also has another function, quick access to ITGlue (coming soon, other documentation platforms) for a specific customer, no more having to search through organizations, selecting them, drilling down to passwords, just to find what you are looking for, now, the passwords link and relevant information is display directly in CW manage, saving time and streamlining process.
